Our client is a Geneva based Family Office, looking for an:

Executive Assistant / ‘Assistante de Direction’

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set standards in terms of filing, internal processes and organization
  • Receive, organize, circulate and file documents (mail, contracts, etc)
  • Prepare documents for meetings (internal, clients, board of directors)
  • Liaise with service provider (estate agent, cleaning etc)
  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support
  • Support the top management (3 people) with their private matters both in Geneva and London
  • Arrange travels (both business and private) as well as all related documentation
  • Manage expense accounting
  • When necessary, reception calls and guests
  • Manage office supply
  • When necessary, liaise with house care provider or conciergerie


  • Between 5 and 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or  Personal Assistant, preferably in a Family Office, Law Firm of Financial Company in Switzerland
  • Perfect command of English and French, both oral and written
  • Client and service oriented
  • Respectfulness and dedication
  • multi-tasking and versatility with high learning agility
  • Used to deal with very confidential matter
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Hospitality Management or equivalent

Regular office hours will be performed. Some flexibility may be occasionally required. A full time (100%) or part time (70-80%) can be considered . Home office is not possible for this role.
