Our client is a financial company based in Lausanne, looking for a
HR Business Partner (80% or 100%)
This role encompasses the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and covers both operational and strategic HR responsibilities across our international locations, including Switzerland and abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of HR to implement HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives. These include Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Performance Management and Employee Relations.
- Act as the primary HR liaison for employees across the company, providing guidance and support on all HR matters.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, development and offboarding.
- Lead recruitment efforts in collaboration with external providers. Actively interview and ensure proper follow-up and professional input throughout.
- Coordinate and support personal development and training programs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Continuously propose improvements and optimizations to HR processes and procedures.
- Collaborate on various HR projects including HR tools, well-being initiatives, events, etc.
- Provide backup support for all HR functions as needed.
Required Profile:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in Switzerland ideally
- HR experience in a small to mid-size company in addition to an international environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Native-level fluency in English and good proficiency in French
- Open-minded, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and strong problem-solving skills
