For its Geneva based entity, we are looking for a:

Senior Banker

This is a key strategic role which will help the firm to pursue its growth and development and which will also diversify its current clients’ base.


  • Client development: building client base and leveraging current relationships
  • Relationship management: convert significant relationships into clients
  • Establish strategic partnerships with institutions, families and individuals globally
  • Implement and oversee product and service distribution across network
  • Co-develop and execute the firm’s vision and strategy

Profile & Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of client relationships, ability to transfer to a new platform
  • At least 5 significant relationships to be brought to the firm
  • Breadth and depth of experience in the financial sector managing and growing relations with clients
  • Experience across product range from liquid to illiquid
  • Proven transaction closing track record
  • Entrepreneurial, independent hands on approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solution driven
