Head of Program Management Office
To lead a team or Project Managers and oversee the bank’s most critical projects. The role involves managing a complex portfolio of regulatory, operational, and financial projects aimed at optimizing performance and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Project Management Management Office, ensuring effective oversight and direction of the bank’s most critical projects.
- Manage a portfolio of major projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency and regulatory alignment.
- Drive technological and operational transformations within the bank, optimizing performance and compliance.
- Interact extensively with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.
- Orchestrate the seamless integration of substantial acquisitions, including operational and IT systems, across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure that the bank’s practices meet rigorous international standards, enhancing our competitive edge in the global market.
- Report to the COO.
Required Profile:
- University degree in Finance, or a related field.
- Over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, with a focus on project management, strategic leadership, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of driving technological and operational transformations within high-profile banking institutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of international banking regulations and standards.
- Experience managing complex projects across multiple jurisdictions.
