Relationship Manager Latam – Brazil
Responsibilities:
- Ability to bring a book of clients (HNW, UHNW, private or institutional) – mandatory
- Build and preserve trusting relationships with private clients and prospects
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
Required Profile
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of the brazilian market and culture
- Fluent in Portuguese
- French or English as an additional language
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
